  • Thorough initial movement/strength assessment
  • Detailed S&C lifting regimen, plyometrics, sprinting progressions, corrective exercises and arm care.
  • Supervised throwing sessions throughout the duration of the program featuring video analysis, individualized throwing progressions that are designed following initial assessment, bullpens, and ongoing indoor/outdoor live at bats.

It’s no secret, in todays game velocity gets you in the door. It’s hard to get your opportunity at the next level with a baseline velocity that can play at that level. If you’re a pitcher who wants to increase your velocity or maybe just improve your current aresenal, then we can help you.

During your development process, you’ll undergo a detailed assessment that’ll look closely at your mechanics. You’ll then receive a fully tailored throwing program that’ll help you achieve your biggest goals as a pitcher.

Most pitchers need velocity training. Others may require training that’s focused on pitch design, or live competition against our own hitters.

POSITION PLAYER THROWING DEVELOPMENT

Most position players need velocity training. Figuring out how to manage that workload in-season and in your off-season is key to maximizing your velocity gain year after year.We will tailor a throwing program to your needs similar to that of our pitchers. Due to the significant volume of incoming athletes each summer, OPP is not in a position to facilitate the housing search and logistics process, so athletes are expected to handle this task. I can’t say for sure what each athlete’s lifestyle habits look like, so it is tough to project exact cost of food, but I would be comfortable predicting that you can find housing in our area for somewhere between $400-$1,000/month, depending on how many people the athlete is willing to live with and how nice the athlete would like it to be.
