Content Specialist
Join OPP as a full-time Content Specialist in Phoenix and help build one of the most impactful brands in baseball through high-level video production, storytelling, and strategic content creation.
ROLE
OPP exists for the baseball player who realizes just how little time they have to become great. We are their last hope to change their career trajectory. We make premium coaching available to select baseball players who are obsessed with improvement and know that they need to make a change. Our athletes are willing to go “all-in” on our unique training tactics and methodologies. In this process, we will document our journey as a company to the masses so that they too can see what it takes to become great.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
As a Content Specialist with OPP, you will be asked to create amazing niche content for our Brand.
Expectations:
Record and Edit Long form content: YouTube & Podcast
Record and Edit Short form Content: IG, TikTok, Shorts, Etc.
In depth stories about individual coaches, players, etc. for both short and long from content.
Long Hours of recording and editing (40+ per week)
Consistent content meetings.
Maintain a consist content schedule.
Balance multiple projects at once.
Get high quality work done fast and expect to get constructive criticism.
Work closely with our coaching staff to create niche baseball content.
Track the data and analytics of our content to make objective decisions on future projects.

- A history of independent learning and passionate about self development
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Trains regularly in the weight room.
- At least 3 years of consistent content creation on any platform or website.
- Understands how to use Adobe Premier or is fluent with another editing software
- We have quality equipment and a content studio but you would expected to already have equipment (cameras, tripods, etc) as well.
- Computer literate and proficient with Google docs, excel.
- Social media presence that demonstrates creativity, knowledge and passion in this field.
