“When I first started remote training with OPP, I was fresh off getting released from a short 10 day stint in the frontier league. I was sitting 90-92 at the time. After following the programming, all of the hard work in the weight room translated to the field. This last season, I sat 93-96 touching 97. I’m still consistently seeing results. I trained with AJ in-house this summer and it was one of the greatest experiences I’ve ever had as an athlete. Going into it I had been struggling to get my game to a level I wanted to be at. I was stalling with the training methods I had been using. I wasn’t extremely confident about my mental or physical preparation. Working with AJ, with all of his knowledge and enthusiasm gave me a second wind for my career. In a short 4 week time span I increased my numbers on all my max lifts and gained several inches on all my jumps. Along with that I left with the most confident swing I have ever had in my career.

I’ve been working as a remote athlete for the past 4 months and I have seen a real difference in my output, not only in the gym but on the field as well. I can say without a doubt in my mind that everything I’ve done these past 4 months has transferred to the field. I’ve been able to PR in all variations of squats, deadlifts, and bench press while increasing my mobility which is exactly what I was looking for when I joined Optimal Power Performance.
