When you decide to partake in this program you’re making a commitment to yourself to see it through! The name of the game is consistency. If you stick with this program, you will see incredible results not just with your strength but also your physique. Train with a company that has a proven track record of success. The author of this program is Aj Arroyo, the founder of OPP and current lead strength coach.

Aj has been transforming lives through strength since 2015. He will personally be updating this program every month using the same scientific methods, principles and training tactics he uses on himself.

Transforming your life starts with having clarity of vision. Coaches, parents, entrepreneurs, and business professionals have busy lives that often lead us to placing our health on the back burner. Leaving us vulnerable to injuries, sickness, weight gain, depression, and low self-esteem. Being “busy” isn’t an excuse unless we choose to let it become one. You deserve to look in the mirror and feel confident in who you are and what you can bring to the table. I designed this program with the busy professional in mind. If you look in the mirror and see someone who you do not want to be either physically or mentally, then this is how you start making the change toward that better version of yourself. If you’re a weak strength coach, you know how damaging that is to your business and your self confidence. If you feel like an imposter not being the person you say you are, then this program is for you.

The easy part is knowing you have to make a change. The hard pard is being consistent with that change! That is where we come in. This program leaves no stone unturned. It is not for the faint of heart. These training sessions will kick your ass in the best way and leave you excited to continue. Every month, you will receive a new and intriguing program to help you become your best self.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens once I purchase this training program?

  • You will receive an email from our coaching software asking you to create your account. Once your account is created you will be able to immediately start training. All we ask is that you give us roughly 12-24 hours for the email to be sent. Although we usually get the emails out right away, we receive many requests and get to them in the order they come in. The email to create your account will be sent to the email associated with the purchase via PayPal.

Is this program good for athletes?

  • This program is designed for Adult Fitness Enthusiasts and those who want to become strong and get in better shape. Our actual training for athletes who are pursuing results in their sport can be found Here for in-house training at our facility in Tempe AZ or Here for our remote services. With that being said, I highly recommend for athletes to seek out training that is tailored to their individual needs so they can develop the capacities necessary to succeed at their sport.

How experienced do I need to be in order to do this program?

  • A recommended training age of 1 year would be helpful, but honestly as long as you know how to squat, deadlift and bench press you should be fine. If you have never done those 3 lifts before, I recommend doing them a few times first to get your feet wet and build some general strength.

Do I need any special equipment?

  • Honestly no. When I designed this program I made sure to leave suggestions on how to alter certain exercises to fit basic gyms. At best, this product would require you to have gym access. As long as you have a barbell, rack, bench, dumbbells, and a weight lifting belt you will be fine. With that said, I highly recommend in investing some bands or chains for accommodating resistance benefits. As well as a properly measured box for parallel box squats. They are not needed in order to use this program. Some other equipment that would be great to have access to but not “required” would be sleds, reverse hyper, belt squat and a cable machine. But in the program we list ways you can replace these exercises with minimal equipment.

  How many workouts are there?

  • Each week consists of 4 training sessions.
