Training with OPP remotely is as close to training at our facility that you can get! We tailor each program to the athlete in front of us and offer a detailed remote training service that is simply unmatched. From high school to the pros, train where you're actually valued and not just one more athlete on the list.
WHAT MAKES A GOOD REMOTE TRAINEE?
So, a good remote trainee is expected to submit videos of them training for coaching feedback and be in communication with their strength coach. This way, if exercises need changed or if the athlete has questions, we can get back to them in a timely manner. Our remote strength coaches typically respond with coaching feedback within a 48-hour time frame (often sooner than that) and are not required to work on Sunday’s or holidays.

How old does someone need to be in order to participate in remote training?
- Remote training isn’t for everyone. Because of the dedication and attention to detail needed to get the most out of the training, we highly recommend 14 years or older to start.
Does OPP work with female athletes?
- YES! We have worked with several female athletes.
